A fridge sheet for what the dogs can eat

I keep forgetting which human foods are fine for dogs and which ones are a phone call to an emergency vet. Carrots and blueberries, fine. Grapes, raisins, xylitol, onions, garlic, macadamia nuts, not fine, and for some of those the margin is small enough that "I think it's okay" is not a good enough answer. The dogs are no help: their position on every food is yes.
So I made a fridge sheet: a clean three-column reference poster calibrated for Bleu (30 lb) and Sammy (50 lb). Sourced from the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center and the American Kennel Club, complete with emergency vet contacts (VEG South Loop, MedVet Chicago) and poison control hotlines.
The sheet is here as an interactive & printable page (with instant search and tier filtering) and as a 1-page PDF.
